Life of Lionel Messi

Lionel Messi full name Lional Andres Messi is a great Argentine footballer born on 24 June1987, in Rosario, Argentina. He plays for FC Barcelona and Argentina national team.

 

In the very early age, since he was looking smaller than most of the boys in his age group, Messi had to diagnose by doctors due to suffer from hormone deficiency that limited his growth. At the age of 5, he started playing football for Grandoli a local club. At the age of 8 he joined to the youth system of Newell's Old Boys, a Rosario-based club. He played so well at that stage so Barcelona offered to give his all medical bills on a condition that he moved to Barcelona.

On 2 November 2012, Messi became father by the birth of his first son. The name of his son is Thiago. Messi wrote on his facebook page: “Today I am the Happiest man in the world, my son was born and thanks to God for this gift”. In 2007 Messi founded a charity center to support education and health care for vulnerable children named Leo Messi Foundation. In May 2014 according to Forbes ranked Messi becomes the second in the list of the world’s highest paid player. His earning was $65 million in the previous 12 months.
 
Recently he has become the global ambassador of Turkish Airlines, also he has contracted with other global brand like Samsung, Gillette and other well known brands.
